Jarrod Bosanko

Co-Founder

Jarrod Bosanko has spent his career as a finance professional and business analyst, and recognised the potential for businesses to drive exponential change after working as the Carbon Analyst at Intrepid Travel, before working as a project lead on the global travel company’s three-year long B-Corp Certification journey.

Jarrod is in the 2023 Small Giants MBE Leadership cohort, where he initially developed the blueprint for the Climate Logic strategy and theory of change. His background in professional finance, carbon analysis, and implementing impact strategy through frameworks such as B-Corp certification gives Jarrod a broad climate transformation skillset to help businesses accelerate their climate goals.

Andy Hollands

Co-Founder

Andy Hollands is a seasoned business leader and entrepreneur, who has spent his career building and helping companies develop ideas into products, improve online performance, and leveraging tech to simplify processes. After building his own successful web development agency, he established and managed three professional basketball teams, and led international FinTech and Real Estate start-ups.

His most recent venture was co-founding a sports-tech startup creating online sports clinics to help coaches develop coaching skills across a spectrum of sporting codes, which was selected to be part of the ASTN accelerator program. Andy wants to bring solutions architecture to businesses to help them make their climate transformation as rapid as possible with Climate Logic.
